Everything. We had a great welcome from our hosts and nothing was a bother for them. Lovely place to stay and wish we had booked for two nights. Can’t praise this place and the people enough. Lovely spacious apartment within 10 minutes of the city centre. It's a fairly steep walk to and from the apartment but it didn't put us off and taxis are only a few euros if you couldn't manage it. Cost us about 7 euros to/from beach which is much further than city centre. All you could ask for in a self catering apartment plus little extras you don't get elsewhere. Very clean throughout. Ivan was the perfect host. Any minor issues were fixed quickly in a friendly manner.
The appartment had everything needed for comfortable family stay and was very well equipped. Especially the kitchen facilities were great as if you are at your own home. The bedrooms were cozy with comfy beds and spacious wardrobes.
We have stayed here serveral times over the years and always found it convenient, pleasant and cosy., with charming staff. This time our room was larger than usual with a 'dressing room' off the entrance hall, which was a bonus. Unusually for us we also had breakfast and it proved to be a good decision. Car parking is an extra charge but it is as secure as one can find, buried underneath the hotel and accessible by car elevator.
Delightful experience marked by a charming ambiance and attentive service. The room's modern elegance and comfortable amenities made for a cozy retreat. The hotel staff's friendliness and attention to detail were commendable, contributing to an overall positive impression.

I loved the location as it is very close to Santander by car but I felt like being in the countryside.
The sea is only a few minutes away walking

Well, after having visited several hostels in this city, I have to say that in comparison, this place exceeded all my expectations in value for money. Excellent cleanliness, spacious and comfortable rooms, unbeatable location. You can enjoy a good continental breakfast with beautiful ocean views. It is not a Hotel but for sure a cozy place where I will come back. The staff are charming so I would say customer service at the top.
The atmosphere is very friendly and cosy in this hostel. The rooms are basic with bunk-beds and individual electrical outlets but there is no air-con. However, when I was there it wasn't hot in the room. The bathroom is really big. The common room is really nice and you have a tiny charming balcony with a table and chairs to take your breakfast or dinner with an amazing view on the sea.
The location is great beacause it's so central. I really recommand this place.
