Our stay at El Horno was awesome. Sandra met us to give us the key and explain everything about the house. The lovely house is well equipped and has a beautiful garden, with growing vegetables and a great warm pool, which we used and played waterball in. The beds were comfortable, and we even had a choice of pillows for every taste. The house has two bathrooms, which is very convenient, and the windows have screens to keep out the insects. The kitchen had everything we needed. Sandra did everything she could to make sure that we felt very welcome during our whole stay, I would definitely recommend the house to other guests and we will choose it again if we return to Gran Canaria.

Meeting Joanna (key holder) was a true pleasure. She was very polite, bubbly, and professional, she made the check-in process very easy by meeting us on site and showing us everything in the property. We would have been a bit lost without her to be truthful. I've marked the property down as quiet and lively. Let me explain. The property is located in a gated community which is nice and peaceful but it is only 3 mins in a car or 15 mins walk to the main busy shopping centre. The electronic gate made us feel safe and have confidence that the car wasn't going to be damaged by parking in open car parks and have other cars open their doors on to it. The property is at the top of a hill and walking back up to us about 25-30 mins and was hard work in the heat, but its only 4 euro in a taxi so not worth the effort. We phoned for a local taxi company to pick us up and nip us into the town when we went for food and drinks on an evening, the service was quick and easy, the phone number was provided by Joanna. The AC in every room was ice cold and very nice to have. One thing we were unsure of before we booked was if the property was overlooked by anyone, and it wasn't a worry when we got there. My partner was comfortable sunbathing topless.

Jose was an amazing host, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Very informative prior to our arrival and was only a message away while we were there - nothing was too much for him.
The villa was lovely and well equipped and the pool was cleaned daily, added bonus was the hot tub at the front terrace which we enjoyed in the evenings watching the sun set over Amadores. Will definitely be back.

Everything is new and beautiful. Terrace is quite big, bathroom was very cozy but super nice and new, bed was comfy and big. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool and bathing zone is great👌🏽 Overall one of the best places you can stay here because it is on the other side of the mountain so it’s superquiet at night, there aren’t any noises and it’s safe. Also the fact that there aren’t many apartments so you won’t be dealing with 100+ other guests.
Hotel was well located near the beach. Access to the beach by car was very convenient. Pool was very nice and warm, also deep enough for a good swim. Sara H. at the reception was helpful and fun to communicate with. Food was simple but well cooked and tasty. Gym and sauna had a separate small building which was pleasant to use.
It’s a very nice hotel, so clean, so brand-new! We were surprised by diversity of food! Very good all inclusive! Rooms are new, with a good beds and sofa👌

Boston Bungalows Location is Brilliant a little bit noisy in the night time from the centre but this did not bother us.
Staff are absolutely brilliant so friendly and helpful, we had a problem with the tap and as soon as I mentioned it to staff it was fixed straight away. There is also washing machine on site.
