nothing. the staff are unhelpful, the property is dated and not sound proof. it is advertised for 6 people yet only provides 4 sunbeds, it advertises pool towels but provides none. we arrived at 8pm and were left with the wrong keys and it took two hours for them to provide the right ones whilst accusing us of lying about having the wrong keys, yet the cleaner turned up with the right ones 2 hours later, now 10pm. I completely understand these mistakes happen but being accused of lying isn’t the way to treat your paying customers

The best experience I can imagine in Palma. The best location of the house is next to the sea and the best restaurants. The house is very cozy. The owner is the example of the owner I wish to find in each of my travels! Thank you so much for such warm greets at your place (especially, for the local snacks and wine). Unique and characterful carefully restored old property which made good use of space. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace and small pool. Well equipped. Elva was a very accommodating, responsive and charming host.
It's a cozy hotel with a character. Old building with charming details, the rooms are freshly renovated and clean. The location is great, right at the beach, yet it takes just a minutes to get to the downtown by the taxi.
Very comfortable and cosy hotel in a centrally located neighbourhood. Couple of nice restaurants and El Corte Ingles department store nearby. The steam sauna and small swimming pool next to the small gym were great. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Hotel Saratoga was in a great location, within easy access of all amenities and sights. All staff, without exception were charming. Our room (601) had a lovely balcony running along two sides of the building with views out to the water and mountains. It was large, very comfortable and had a superb shower. We much enjoyed the warm pool and sauna - a treat in January to swim outside! Last but not least, the breakfast buffet was second to none. Buck’s Fizz available each morning!
Absolutely stunning place, right next to the Corvatsch ski lift with incredible views over the valley and lakes.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, I enjoyed every bit of communication we had.
The hotel itself is sparkling clean, my room had everything I needed, and that's definitely one of the most quiet air conditioning I've ever seen.
Rooftop bar has awesome views, very cosy fireplace and nice selection of gins and dinner was a very pleasant experience, marvellous service and delicious meals.
We loved all of the pool and hot tub / sauna facilities. The balcony in our room was lovely, with a gorgeous view of the harbour. We really enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool as a location. The breakfast was superb and plentiful. Our greeting when we arrived at the hotel was lovely and the hotel itself is in a great spot for exploring. We love the restaurants and nightlife of Santa Catalina.
