Major points for being a well preserved heritage building, complete with the charming old style lift. Its also at a great location - i walked from the hotel to almost all the major tourist spots such as Sagrada Familia and the Cathedral. But its still a quiet neighborhood at night. There’s a grocery nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes that make you feel like living like a local!

The hotel was nice, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly. The hotel is centrally located with a 5-minute walk to metro stations. There are lots of shops nearby and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with air con and good showers, but not suitable if you have a disability, showers are small deep shower tray.
They do have a hot tub sauna and steam room, and we didn't get to use the spa.

However, while the room itself is ample, the private bathroom feels a bit cramped. Nevertheless, its stylish design compensates for the limited space, making it a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing accommodation option.
really good property only downfall is how dated the rooms are! it really needs modernising, we stayed in the penthouse suite with jacuzzi and it was very tatty, radiator didn’t work in bathroom, paint job really bad ! but gorgeous hot tub and amazing views from
the balcony, the sunset looked unreal (very romantic) . gym and sauna facilities good, also a heated outdoor pool that is nice and warm even in winter
