This property was absolutely perfect. Amazing location in quiet badalona and very close to the beach. The neighbors were very nice as well. The home felt like a home and exuded a Spanish energy. Great appliances for cooking and taking care of ourselves etc. The patio area is perfect and one of the rooms has access to a balcony. All the rooms have fans which was amazing. We would love to stay here again. The host was also responsive and helpful!

Major points for being a well preserved heritage building, complete with the charming old style lift. Its also at a great location - i walked from the hotel to almost all the major tourist spots such as Sagrada Familia and the Cathedral. But its still a quiet neighborhood at night. There’s a grocery nearby and lots of restaurants and cafes that make you feel like living like a local!

The hotel was nice, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly. The hotel is centrally located with a 5-minute walk to metro stations. There are lots of shops nearby and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with air con and good showers, but not suitable if you have a disability, showers are small deep shower tray.
They do have a hot tub sauna and steam room, and we didn't get to use the spa.
