This really is a cute little house :-D Everything is there, carport, kitchen, air conditioning, a huge TV, fast WiFi, perfect. You do have to get to grips with the house's electrics a bit, but that is explained well in the welcome message and we had the opportunity to speak to Palle and Shaorong in person, who explained everything in detail, including the history of the house, thanks again for that! There are a few points of criticism, there is still no real storage space for clothes, the kitchen is missing one or two accessories, but we'll keep it the way we know it: buy it and leave it there, now there is also a large pot. :-D If you have problems climbing stairs, you should remember that the sleeping accommodations are reached via a fairly steep staircase. In summary, we felt very comfortable, we had a few days with bad weather and we didn't mind spending them in the house and passing the time with Lego ;-) In terms of transport, the accommodation is very well connected and can be reached in 30 minutes from the ferry. We'll be happy to come back. :-)

The guesthouse was rather dated and tierd with motel type rooms, the staff were all very friendly. Nice location right by the sea and the quaint town of Nysted. It was very popular with the locals who had all booked in the restaurant for the monthly Friday night buffet.

No key needed, just a door core, was great.
The quality of the beds and the available kitchenware was great, and in general it was just a really nice place. Very few bad things.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The house has all utensils and there's coffee and tea, salt, pepper etc. Don't need to buy all the general things. Good dishwasher, fridge, etc.
The beds are very good. Nice well maintained garden (weather was not good enough to use it though...). It's cosy used but in good condition.
