Perfect size for our family, 3 bedrooms, great beds, roomy and very clean. Great garden with veranda, garden furniture, coal grill and swing for children. All amenities we needed in the kitchen. Nice neighbourhood and short drive to a larger city (20 min).

Firstly I really like being greeted by Vladimir. He was very nice, gentle & especially had a great great sense of hospitality by reminding us all the stuff about hours. Also later on before we left, he did not forget to wish us a great week ahead and a great German Unity Day.
Now about the hotel, it's clean, cozy in our room. Though we can hear people playing around in the room next door (I think kids), it is still quiet and enjoyable for my partner and me.

Just great. Clean, everything needed was available. I just looked for some rest after a long trip for a night and i got everything for it. Clean and cozy. They speak English and answer phone calls quickly. Breakfast available tho i didn't take the opportunity) The distance from a tram stop is okay, 10 min walk. And,yeah, the window view was very cute) Also you can hear the neighbors very good but its a common thing for this kind of buildings.
