Our stay at Kiriaki house was great. We were staying with a big group. The host was easy to communicate with and the mother of the property lives in back. They went out of the way to make our stay enjoyable. It was a nice quite location but still very central. and I feel like the price was well below what they could have asked. The owners left us to ourselves but was pleasant and provided cat food and opened the adjoining gate to the playground to let the kids play safely.

We've spent a week here in January. The villa is looking located on the Paphos outskirts. Renting a car would be a good idea to visit places around. Still cafes are available nearby. I also liked the number of fruit markets, supermarkets around open in January. Agia Napa is just dead in comparison to Paphos at this time of the year. If you're into jogging/walking - a great concrete beach promenade is 100 meters away. Just be aware it lacks lightning after the sunset. Great route for up to 10K runs if you make a circle around an archeological site. View from the bedroom floor is great and rooms are really spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would expect except for the dishwasher. Basic things like salt, sugar, olive oil, tea, coffee, some cereals will cover the first days of your stay. Filtered on-tap water is available. The pool is great and the area around is nice for sunbathing. Private parking for two cars. Last but not least. The host is just amazing. Kostas accommodated our early arrival and did everything to make sure our stay was really comfortable. This also included the supply of a really great wine (top 3% in the world) according to Vivino). Really appreciated.

The owners made sure that we were comfortable all the time and provided us with all the info / help we needed and beyond. They also brought alot of presents to the kids and some yummy treats :) Villa was very spacious and well lit and aired. Kitchen and bedrooms had all the utensils and facilities. They also left us tablets and liquid for washing machine and dishwasher respectively. There also were alot of toys and pool items for both kids and adults. On the whole a very good experience and very responsive and informed owners :)

Marvellous place for us, we lived in perfect clean apart and felt like we are really living in Cyprus. And it is really spacios, simltaneosly cool when it was too hot outside. Everything we need was there, and the road to the beach was good. Also there is a car rent over the road that is trustworthy, we used it.

It was a real pleasure to be one of the first to stay at these amazing Villas. We go on Villa holidays nearly every year and were very impressed by this one. Everything was brand new, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The Jacuzzi jets in our pool and the sunset views from the roof terrace were our favourite parts. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning to book again with friends for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay in the lovely house. The house is fully equipped and is also very clean. The nice boulevard of Paphos is within walking distance and also the shops to do your shopping are around the corner. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast with rolls from the bakery 500 metres away. In the evening, we often used the well-equipped kitchen to cook for ourselves. We stayed here in February so hanging out on a terrace for dinner was unfortunately not yet possible. The house has very good beds and a nice terrace all around the house where you can sit outside. We would definitely go back again! Oh yes and the landlord was also very helpful in answering our questions! The PDF with tips we received in advance was very helpful.
