Group of houses, in the middle of veeeery quiet village. Around 30min by car from Larnaka airport.
For me and my family it was great time. Owner, with son, are great and very helpful. Photos on booking are exactly the same as you will see in real on the place.
Houses had everything what was needed but without luxury (there is no TV in house, for us it was plus).
Tochni tavern is a place with beautiful view and great food.

The house is fancy: everything we needed was there, some of the rooms are big like photo studios, beds are comfortable and most of them are big. The pool is very clean. The gas grill is convenient, and they also have a charcoal grill rack. The owner is kind and supportive. It was a fabulous weekend. And actually the house feels even better in real life than on photos.

After experience a traumatic start to our holiday with our Airbnb being unsuitable and half the building missing, Bobby the host for Alkinoou Residence came to our rescue at such short notice. Bobby was extremely hospitable, her property was beautiful, the kitchen was fully functioning which gave us the option of cooking at home. Alkinoou Residence is in a good location with a variety of amenities such as supermarkets (Lidl and Metro) restaurants, pharmacy and beaches. Cannot fault Bobby the host or the property at all. Highly highly recommended this property and definitely will be back in the future!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
There used to be a fine hotel many years ago.

Great cooked breakfast, fresh fruit too. The room has a hot tub and we used it. (despite the flood around).
The pool was very useful for me and the children, as we escaped the sudden heat in June. The pool is clean and comfortable.

It is right on the sea in a rural setting. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. The bungalows are basic but the bed was comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for, simple and like the old Cyprus. I loved just sitting outside with the sound of the sea and nature. There was a nice home cooked breakfast with homemade marmalade. If you like something simple and back to nature this is a perfect place.
A really cosy place next by the sea and away of the busy city life. We were lucky during our stay, the weather was nice and the atmosphere of the place made it feel like it was summer, even though it was November.
The owner was very friendly and he prepared us a tasty breakfast with fruits and vegetables he was growing locally at the same place. It was a nice glamping experience, we really made a refreshing escape from a daily routine. I recommend the place and will definitely visit this place again with the next opportunity.
"Summer Dream Cyprus" is a fantastic place to spend a few days. A few environmental friendly cottages, situated a few meters away from the sea. The sound of the sea was absolutely incredible all day and night long. Our host was extremely kind and welcoming Gentleman and he prepared a delitious breakfast in the morning. You can go swimming right there, but better bring your swim shoes, since the coast is stony. We are looking forward to staying there again next time.
Beautifully renovated country house with a lovely and helpful host. The location is great as a base to explore surrounding villages and go on hikes. We will definately come back.

My daughter loved the halloumi and we all loved the home made marmelade: strawberries and orange.

We have rented 2 bungalows.
The host was answering fast our requests and he was very helpfull as we have forgotten the adapters for the power supply. He showed us the fresh oregano. A big thank you we had a great moment.
