This villa is defo undersold. The picture do not do not do it justice. With a little more thought it would be a top 5 star villa. The kitchen was brilliantly stocked with everything You could need. Almost 360 views of sea, mountains and countryside. Balconies on all sides. Fresh fruit from the lemon tree left for us on arrival. Extra sun beds poolside. Secluded location
This 2 bed property is ideally located 300 metres from the shops and restaurants on the waterfront.
The bed was very comfortable and the place spotless.
The pool area is good - and there are views to the sea at the front and countryside at the back.
Spacious and very cozy apartment. There is a small garden with lemon trees. A couple of days there were some problems with Wi-Fi, but the owner fixed the problem quickly. So Wi-Fi was stable. And we’v found present from our owner Pavlos in fridge, the bottle of excellent local wine. We like this apartment and this place and hope to spend next holidays here again.
We only stayed one night but loved everything about our stay.
Needed a twin room so were to the rear of hotel, but not a problem.
The breakfast served by our charming and gregarious waiter Louis was absolutely excellent and catered for my vegan diet wonderfully.
Would definitely recommend Y&P and will stay here next time we're in Latchi.
This hotel is in a perfect waterfront location at Latchi. It was our first stay, although we have eaten in the hotel’s excellent fish restaurant for many years. This time we stayed in a beautiful, large room on the top (2nd) floor with a balcony on two sides. The all white decor makes the space seem even bigger than it is and there is a large bathroom with a powerful shower, too. There was also a hot tub outside. In the morning there was a choice of hot or cold breakfast included.
