Great apartment in a very peaceful location. Fabulous views and close to hiking trails. I would recommend the Monte Bar hike and highly recommend stopping at the Capanna Monte Bar restaurant on the way up. We enjoyed rolling out our yoga mats on the balcony. Valle Verzasca is also highly recommended for a hike along the most stunning river - best to go early though as parking spaces are limited.

The hotel was very nice and cosy with a well-sized pool set in a beautiful garden and against an amazing backdrop.

Excellent hotel, within (relatively) easy walking distance of the Lugano train station (average 5 min - 3 min down, 7 minutes up). The hotel itself is cozy and "old skool" (you get REAL keys!), the staff is friendly, helpful and efficient, and everything works and is scrupulously clean (it is Switzerland, after all). The breakfast is excellent, as is dinner in the evening.

The hotel is very near the train station and a short walk to the iconic church and town square. The room was charming and cosy with multiple windows. Breakfast was splendid and the staff were very friendly.
The overall atmosphere is just charming, heritage can be really felt! The staff is amazing, very helpful, friendly and professional. Room was beautiful and spacious, nice balcony and room services/cleaning were extremely attentive. Also Spa services were beyond! If you book a massage, ask for Alessia - her hands make you melt!
