Fist of all, great location, the facilities are very well maintained, its clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and always ready to help/assist. Breakfast is exceptional and this would be the best value for money place to stay in this area.
The location is excellent being next to the main town square with numerous boutiques and upmarket restaurants. The Hotel is a boutique family run operation with efficient staff , great breakfast, nice cosy guest lounge to get out your room and peaceful outside garden area . Get a larger room with a balcony if you can . It also has a free sauna and spa area which other hotels normally charge a hefty fee for .
We loved this charming hotel. Personnel was kind, amenities are excellent, comfy, clean, and very cozy. Easy access to train and ski lifts. Nice decoration. Excellent restaurant (good cocktails). Cute living room/bar area with fireplace, and really nice complimentary tea time. The charm of of a small hotel with the standards of a 4*. Kudos to the team!

Totally exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do this place justice! Very confortable, cosy and clean. Excellent breakfast. By request, you can get the Gstaad card that offers you free bus transportation (ex. to glacier 3000 or gstaad town). Idyllic scenery, in the middle of the mountains. looks like a postcard.
Fireplace in our Prestige Suite a really nice touch, view and Balcony and separate lounge area. Small dressing area with sensor light a nice touch. Young lady on reception and her radiating smile, enthusiasm and willing to help most noticeable, also charming young man serving at bar.
This Hotel is an absolute treat. It is located on the outer limit of Gstaad, but totally worth while a visit. We were lucky and got an upgrade from a delux Double to a Master Suite for free. The suite was actually a 1bedroom appartement in an adjacent Chalet, just next to the Hotel. The restaurant in its own is an absolutely treat ( very romantic winter garden with several fireplaces) The food was excellent and the staff truly fantastic. I can only recommend this Hotel.
