Cottages are perfect for travelers who enjoy feeling cozy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages are spread across one or two floors – making them great for families or vacations with a little more privacy.
Very nice hosts. I had to leave very early in the morning (3.30 am.), and it started to snow in the evening. They got up before me and started to shovel the snow and helped me free my car under the snow.
I had two huge and cozy rooms and a nice bathroom.
You need to rent a car in PEI if you would like to see the island, but with car the airport is only 15 minutes and you can reach all the places easily.
The Seaview White House is six km. from the capital city and seemed to suit the parameters we were looking for. The property is privately held but not a B&B; I booked a ”family” suite on the second floor. Upon arrival, it proved to be a well-appointed suite with a very large bathroom (twin underset sinks over antique cabinets, jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower), master bedroom with a king-size sleigh bed, daybed and futon. The location is a great jumping off point to explore the capital city.
Very clean and cozy! Peace from the city but a short drive to city excitement! Owner was very welcoming and kind. Lots of space in our room and the beds were very comfortable.
