Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We had a great second time at this cottage. We highly recommend staying there and would definitely stay again when we come back to the area. It is well equipped, clean and has a great location.
Courteous staff , clean pool and hot tub. I forgot my glasses in my room . I called on my way back home to Vancouver Island and a staff member went and retrieve them from the room immediately. They helped me organize a pickup for shipment. Sandman went above and beyond, I am Grateful.
Great location. Central to everything we wanted. Pool and hot tub were great. Very clean and quiet. Pub on premises had great food, served pool side as well.
We have stayed in all the little motels on "The Strip" in Penticton and pretty sure Slumber Lodge was the best (I don't 100% remember them all). Immaculately clean; reasonably updated; awesome location; big room; staff very friendly and helpful. (We had a couple of issues of OUR making and they could not have been more helpful). 100% would go back.
Thought the location of the Denny's attached to the Sandman was convenienient. The hotel was rather comfortable, Cozy and accomodating. Shelby and Erin went out of their way to make our stay a welcoming one.
The Location is aoo beautiful and amazing.yiu look out each morningand you can see the beautiful lake. Great location right on LakeShoreand oing for walks etc is so great....the fireplace is so cozy..
The rooms r so comfortable. The kitchen part is great...everything u need to cook, enjoy beverages etc..
An amazing wonderful place to stay...very peaceful..
We had three cabins with family (no kids) in each. Weather was perfect for sitting in the courtyard around the fireplace and then we had a great dinner gathering at the tapas place on the corner. We also had a lovely walk along the beach front then great coffee and breakfast sandwich at the same little restaurant on the corner the next morning. Not sure if it is part of the resort but it was right there and really nice. We had kids visiting and there were young families enjoying the BBQ's. Great place to stay.
The unit was very comfy, cozy bungalow. It was a bit small with the Murphy bed, but wonderful patio, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the AC was excellent, and the unit was very well-insulated (kept cool).
The layout of the suite i had, was lovely. A view and a fireplace, a kitchen with the necessities.
The pool and hot tub were great and quite well maintained.
