Flexible owners (we had a late night - was no problem getting in, we kept it quite), room was amazing, comfortable and even had a private ensuite bath, just a little too close to 3 other guest rooms to consider it "romantic" (wasn't a concern for us anyway).
Angela and Guillermo/Bill are great hosts and know how to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast, and they made sure to ask what food we liked. Building exudes positive vibes and discreet friendliness. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Parking lot right by the house was also very positive. Very clean, and cozy.
There was a hiccup with our booking yet they fixed it promptly. Overall, we were very satisfied with their service, Blue Spruce's location and charming B&B.
The location was truly amazing. The stunning lake view and islands from the balcony. Fireplace in the room, fireplaces around the hotel. Breakfast was really good, fresh veggies, eggs, baked potatoes and juice.
Staff are helpful and nice. Clean place, accessible to all amenities, close to the main road and quiet. We like the individual cabin, feeling we are in the cottage area. (Not a motel)
The cottage was so clean and tidy. It was so peaceful and relaxing which was exactly what we needed.Their were instructions for everything sauna, hot tub, surrounded sound, where everything was in the kitchen etc it was fantastic. Also the two that rent out the cottage we're amazing couldn't ask for better.
I just wish we had nicer weather so we could have had a fire and sit on the dock.
