Amazing location, so close to the beach for daily strolls, great facilities, really homely and so cosy! Wildlife nearby too which was special! We loved the hot tub!

We stayed on the main floor in the Chart room. My husband and I found the double bed to be quite a tight squeeze. There are other room options with different beds.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty.

This is a cozy well decorated, well maintained mid-19th century home that I would highly recommend. Breakfast was continental style with freshly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and potato patties, with a good selection of other items like cereal, fruit, yogurt etc. It was excellent both days we stayed. The building has been nicely restored and period decorated...it was very charming! Everything was very clean. Free parking for guests on property.
Perfectly located and cosy B&B in a heritage site. Walking distance to downtown Charlottestown. Very comfortable Suite with unfoldable bed for our daughter in the living room. We could add a breakfast option upon arrival and it is very worthwhile!!!
The owner was extremely kind & welcoming. The house was beautiful & cozy. The decoration was charming in keeping with the authenticity of the era of the home. Excellent value.
This place was such a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is wonderfully located to both park and downtown. It features a super quaint and cozy interior- very charming. The best part about our trip had to be Hanna!! She is such a delight and makes you feel more like a guest staying at a friends home. Already planning our next trip and will be sure to stay again
