The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and cozy. The $8 breakfast deal was great. I got great sleep on the soft, comfy mattress. The Wifi was high quality.
Overall we had a very pleasant stay. I did not expect much from the hotel. But surprisingly it was very cosy and decent. The hotel itself is clean. The breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is very good. If you like shopping walk a little bit and you will find a shopping plaza and Georgian Mall.
Check in was very smooth, the front desk attendant was very helpful and easily answered any questions I had. If you have sore muscles/achy bones then check out their hot tub, it will definitely relax you. The towels are supplied to the side so no need to bring one from your room. There was lots of food in the complimentary breakfast along with tea/coffee, juice, and snacks for later.
