We had an excellent stay at Pullman. It's comfortable, cozy and the staff are attentive. It's so nice, in fact, that it barely qualifies as an "airport hotel" - it's an excellent hotel, full stop. But of course, it's conveniently very close to the GRU airport, and they have frequent, free shuttles to and from it.
The buffet at the restaurant has a nice selection of dishes, be it for dinner or for breakfast. No "a la carte" options. The hotel is very clean and cozy, the big garden and pool give it a nice feeling of space and green around. Very convenient complimentary shuttle service to the airport.
We won the lottery by choosing this Hostel, a great, familiar and clean environment. The value for money was excellent.
There was a modest and very tasty coffee, made with care. Overall an incredible experience, first time in a Hostel and we were lucky for this charming little corner in Guarulhos
Room was so clean, cozy, with mini bar and tv, everything was really nice. Personel was very nice and helpfull they let us leave our luggage for free, reception is 24/h open and with monitoring. Its so close to the airport which was the most important part for us but we went to the nice local restaurant and ate amaaaazing and cheap breakfast there is few of them in neighbourhood. We felt really safe overthere. Thank You!
We needed a one night stay to wait for our next flight near the airport (GRU) and this was perfect! They had a free shuttle bus, good breakfast and a cozy room. Would recommend!
We loved the spacious bedroom with many bench top and cupboards. Large windows with a view. The fridge was empty - so you'll could place your things here or buy downstairs.
The bed was firm, it just requires more blankets.
We loved the massage service for extra - it was worthwhile and the sauna too. It has towels provided.
