Very clean and decorated to a high standard , very modern inside comfy beds that are just firm enough ,set up like a home from home even had some milk and water in the fridge on arrival plus a box of treats on the kitchen side, large outdoor deck with 2 different sitting areas and covered over both with a large bbq , cupboards well stocked with things you need , loads of spares of everything towels loo rolls ect , we hired a car and house has large drive way and we found it very easy to commute to the places we wanted to go but the shops and supermarkets are in walking distance just across the highway, 100% would book again when we visit my wife's sister and family , we never meet Gemma and paul during our stay but would no doubt if you had any issues sort them as very quick to reply to messages

Fantastic first stop on our trip. Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants, the port, etc. Clean property with comfy bed, plenty of towels including beach towels. Milk tea and coffee for our arrival. Could not have asked for more.

Location was excellent, the attached pub, The Swinging Pig, was awesome. The bar staff were friendly and the food and drinks were great plus they do room service. The room (No 1) was spacious, I slept like a log because the bed and pillows were comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent especially for a heritage listed building, that was originally a mill in 1840.
Convenient location, easy parking, friendly hosts, comfortable bed and pillows, room and bathroom had everything you needed, clean and cosy. Breakfast (continental) was adequate and tea n coffee was good. Great stay would definitely stay again.
