Amazing property, the photos on Booking.com don't do it justice. Facilities are also better than those listed. Would recommend. The restaurant at the end of the drive was a bonus as was Indie the dog roaming the grounds.

We enjoyed our stay - the cottage is a perfect size.
No meals were provided but tea and coffee, milk and sugar supplies were thoughtfully supplied. The kitchen was adequate for holiday needs and the whole cottage and all its amenities were exceptionally clean. The huge plus was the great location and ambience of the cottage itself. Charming and a little bit quirky.
Perfectly located with a 12min walk to the NiB Stadium. Nice quiet street. Cosy, clean little cottage which was perfect for our 1 night stay. Sophia who owns it was lovely
Breakfast was reasonably priced & customer service was friendly. Dinner was delicious, large topped pizza & Beef Ragu was a winner.
Cabin was fully contained & cozy, the pool area was a winner & had fun jumping on the big Air Pillows.

The Cosy Cottage lived up to it name. It had exactly what we needed for our family holiday. Soft beds , beautiful linens, hot shower & a well stocked kitchen . The chefs stove and oven was a little bit of luxury. Wi-Fi was strong. Location was so good , near shops and restaurants & a short drive to both Perth or Fremantle .
Lovely cottage to explore the surrounding areas, was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. There was a heater in the lounge which provided enough warmness and lot of blankets for the beds. Loved the block out curtains and good shower pressure. There are also couple of good restaurants/takeaways within 2 mins drive. The accommodation is part of a bigger property seperated into two with the owners, who were very friendly and helpful, living in the rear part.
