From the moment our group of 5 arrived at this Town House, we knew we had stumbled upon something truly special. This remarkable Town House was an absolute oasis - immaculately clean from top to bottom with not a single detail overlooked.
The accommodations itself were outstanding in every sense. The bedrooms were luxuriously appointed with the most comfortable bedding that enveloped us in pure comfort after enriching days exploring the area. We looked forward to unwinding each evening in the warm and inviting living room, which beckoned us with overstuffed sofas and ambient lighting that created a true home away from home.
The kitchen was a true chef's dream, fully equipped with every possible amenity one could possibly need, though we did not have the occasion to take advantage of it during our stay.
What truly set this Town House apart, however, was the wonderful sense of privacy and quietude despite being just a pleasant stroll away from charming cafes and shops. The private garage offered exceptional convenience.

It looks exactly like the photos posted online, is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Host is also very responsive when contacted. Would not say it is in a very convenient location but is just 10 minutes walk away from the train station that brings you to the city. Would recommend to those traveling in a group and wishes to stay together under one roof.

Absolutely loved the hotel, there is a hot tub, sauna, pool and gym perfect to relax after a big day of exploring and shopping. Great location close to everything we needed. Friendly accommodating staff. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Highly recommend.
Rodonia Cottage was a fantastic find in Kew. A lovely cottage well maintained and comfortable. A short walk to the tram and shops. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The off street parking was good. The house is in a very quiet area.
A special mention to Dennis . Thank you so much for your assistance and attention to our needs and comfort. The building history and the way the heritage has been preserved, is Grand is many ways not just name. Very good location to trains, trams and other services in the CBD. The amenities and rooms are good. The mattresses were far too soft to be able to get comfortable for sleeping . That is only personal criticism. The room was very quiet and insulated from outside noise. Heating was cosy. Also very convenient having a kitchen.
A truly cosy apartment that we felt at home in, especially as we could bring our much loved dog. Well located for our purpose of specialists visits, and would also be if you're exploring Melbourne. The bed was really comfortable, the apartment warm on a cold winter's night, you have what you need to be self catering if desired, and car parking is included on request. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.
I thought the room was cosy and adequately appointed considering it is a heritage building.

A lovely cottage in a quiet location yet close to everything. Communication with host was excellent. Accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including several extra thoughtful touches to welcome guests and make them feel at home.
Close to all amenities. Tram is 1 minute walk and shops and restaurants the same. Very comfortable and cosy cottage and the host Prue is a lovely knowledgeable person.
