Location was excellent. Once inside the front door, the space is really refreshing. Don't let the exterior (which is lovely, but weatherboard) put you off. The whole space was very clean and everything we needed provided.

Firstly the detailed welcome email from Bruce, then when we walked into the house it had a wonderful homely feel about it with all the timber it is very spacious and the the kitchen was very well equipped. The supplies for both bathrooms were very generous. Ample parking,, seating area's around the property were wonderful .overall our stay was perfect, and Bruce was amazing. Thankyou

No breakfast involved. The location was perfect for my purposes. It was close to my extended family whose home was overcrowded. It was also close to the beach and Aldinga shops (I had a car, so just minutes away).

Lovely cottage character, spacious and elegant. Bed was very comfortable. We were there in summer but I imagine the fireplaces would be wonderful in winter. Even though it was almost 39 degrees outside the house was cooler. Kitchen was well equipped and hosts supplied breakfast essentials and a lovely bottle of red wine. We would definitely stay here again. Could sit and enjoy a morning coffee in the sun on outdoor seating.
Met at the property personally by the host with keys and a quick story of the property's history and facilities. A wonderful renovation of a lovely character dwelling. Very central to McLaren Vale and Fleurieu Peninsula attractions. House had everything you could possible require for a wonderful getaway including very comfortable bed, 2 cosy fireplaces, charming new bathroom and kitchen, and scrumptious breakfast produce provided. John the host is very welcoming and we will definitely be returning to this property again. Very highly rated
Peppermint farm cottage is a very lovely cottage set at the end of a driveway surrounded by a vineyard. Walking into the cottage immediately makes you feel like you're on holiday. What an absolute gem of a restored building which is more than you expect and the perfect place to relax either after a busy day wine-tasting, or just to simply get out of the city for a moment to recharge.
The property is a beautiful, old cottage, set amongst a lovely cottage garden. We loved the property, how close it was to all of the beautiful wineries in McLaren Vale, how the hosts left us a bottle of wine and the amazing combustion heater. We would highly recommend staying here.
A quaint cottage beautifully and lovingly restored. Had every comfort we could have wanted. Loved everything about it. The bed was super comfy, the bath was huge which was so luxurious, and the cosy fire place was perfect.
