A lovely house, roomy, comfortable and clean. Everything you could want is provided. They even provide matches/firelighters/wood for the heater - despite cold days the house was sufficiently snug so that we didn't use this. A god clue would be to stock up with milk, bread etc at the excellent IGA at Penneshaw when you first get off the ferry.

This amazing place is secluded, quiet and had frequent visits from numerous kangaroos. There is a small private beach on Pelican Lagoon just outside the door, flanked by two lovely old fig trees. Ample parking, good kitchen, combustion heater with firewood supplied. We didn't want to leave.

Loved the retro original decor. There was similar furniture and feeling of childhood memories. Well equipped cottage. Great communication from owner. Very comfortable & cosy. Lots of different spaces to chill out for meals, a cuppa or evening nibbles & drinks.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Fantastic location at a great beach and a lovely, well appointed cabin. Kangaroos and wallabies around every day. Nice deck to enjoy the sun from. Internet connection was much appreciated as we're the TV apps. Quiet location at this time of year (May) and that's exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the cabin through pin code. We loved it and would recommend it as a great place to base yourself on Kangaroo Island.
Loved everything about this cabin. Location was brilliant, next to the beach, kangaroos are welcoming you in the morning and facilities ar very clean and good. Host was very nice and accomodating.

The location couldn’t be any better for KI. It’s so close to the ferry terminal, making arrival and departure easy breezy, but at the same time Island Beach (one of the best swimming beaches on the island) is literally right next to it, a 2 minute walk. The fireplace and outdoor bathtub were LUSH especially for this bizarre winter-in-summer weather. The kitchen was the best stocked I have ever witnessed at a holiday house, from all spices to a delicious free wine and sodastreamer, there was nothing to miss. Don’t hesitate to book here.
the location was close to a beach, close to Penneshaw for supplies and the ferry. other cabins around, but still a
good level of privacy. the location made getting to other parts of the island a breeze too.
Good location, near Penneshaw ferry terminal, and beach is walking distance. Is clean, and tidy. Good variety of condiments, and kitchen utensils. Host is responsive; issues with the cabin was fixed the next day.
