This is a beautifully renovated, centrally located cottage where attention to detail can be seen everywhere. I think the bed would be rated one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! While it's very central, it's also very quiet, with off street parking, in a great area of Dubbo. We will definitely be back.

Great location and facilities. Very handy to have washing machine and dryer. Also did the little things and extra touches really well eg: the drink on arrival was a nice touch, and knowing that you can't have a proper gin and tonic without lemon was extra special (as were the Ferrero Rocher for the 17 year-old chocolate monster that I happened to have with me.)

Lovely to be welcomed by a lit fireplace in a cosy seperate lounge with soft music playing. Bedroom was very comfortable with an array of wine and snacks available for purchase in addition to the complimentary breakfast! Wonderful place to stay!
This is an unusual, but delightful place to stay. The cottage has been lovingly restored, and we were met by the smell of bread baking in the bread machine and soft music playing on the Google home device. Chickens and two ducks raced over to greet us. It was a genuine country experience. The problem of no water was immediately sorted after a phone call to Susan.
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Comfortable, clean with cosy decor. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch and watching the ducks on the lake (and feeding a couple of friendly ones). An amazing restful stay! Highly recommend 👌
A Lovely cottage, so quiet and yet close to Western Plains Zoo, the Observatory (highly recommended), and close enough to Dubbo city centre for restaurants and other attractions.
Fresh bread on arrival. Everything for breakfast fruit, eggs, croissants etc.
Kangaroos in the fields first thing in the morning are a treat. Sitting on the back porch in the evening with birds, ducks and geese aplenty near the pond - great way to end the day.
Can't think of anything that has been missed in terms of facilities.

A gorgeous home with a very friendly host, Lucy! We loved our stay and were very comfortable as a family of 5 travelling with grandparents.
We were a bit nervous about the car parking with 2 cars but our concern was completely put to rest by Lucy, and we had absolutely no problem parking 2 cars together directly out front of the cottage.
The location is perfect We stayed for 2 nights and could have easily spent a lot more time in such a beautifully restored and gorgeously styled cottage.

A great place to escape the hustle and bustle, with beautiful countryside and wildlife around you, yet still so close to Dubbo centre being only a 10 minute drive.
The owners were great and left us to our own devices yet kept the firewood stocked
Very comfortable beds and pillows. Bistro onsite was very handy and had a cosy open fireplace. Our hot water wasn't working on our second night and we were offered an upgrade to a 2 BDRM apartment.
