Lovely, large and new apartment. There is a balcony and also a garden terrace with beautiful views. Great sitting areas inside and outside to enjoy the views. Very comfortable and larger than we expected. Decor is very nice and attractive.
Kitchen is equipped with 4 burner stove, oven, large refrigerator, and drip coffee maker. Everything we needed to cook meals. Private garage,. Host is very friendly and hospitable. A great place to stay and explore the area for a few nights or a week or more. Lots to do and come back to a lovely place.

Heurigen (taverns with local wine) in the vicinity are worth exploring (we loved, in particular, Gruber's Heuriger with a lovely terrace).
the apartments are new, but sensitively connected to the original building and the wine-growing environment. they are comfortable with a good location in the city and have a beautiful view of the countryside.
Solid breakfast. Super friendly and communicative host, allowed for late check-in. Safe place to store bikes. Beautiful location in a cosy village with a fantastic view from the room (at least in our case).
