Quiet farm in the mountains. You can start your hikes right from the farm. Large nice room with a balcony. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and plenty. Simply a place to enjoy!
Cottages are perfect for travelers who enjoy feeling cozy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages are spread across one or two floors – making them great for families or vacations with a little more privacy.
The hosts are exceptionally helpful, they communicated with us before and during our stay and even helped us with extra charcoal for the barbecue. The house was very nice and clean with a really nice terrace right by the stream. The sauna was also working very well. And the lake is very close - it is a nice walk.
Absolutely amazing place and very friendly and caring owners. Unique location, 'cause it combines two things: nature at its best (lake, river, forests, green hills) and perfect local infrastructure (restaurants, supermarket, etc.). Also in this particular household three was a very lovely feature: a small dam on the river made a very cozy waterfall noise, especially at night. It was very pleasant
Very nice accommodation, large spacious room with balcony. The accommodation has a sauna for free. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged at the partner hotel.
Clean rooms with nice views and a good wellness centre with four saunas. Excellent breakfast / traditional Austrian restaurant in the hotel Zellerhof (appartments belong to the hotel). The appartment building offered a safe place for storing bikes / skiing equipment. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The room was simple perfect. The small details were really nice, like teracce, furniture, cleanliness.
The toalet and the bathroom was fare above the everage.

The surraounding,like pool, yoga area, and sauna, nice, well equipt.
AND: the coffee in the bar in the afternoon, the espresso was the best in Austria!
This was on a level of a speciallity coffee. Congratulation!

Wonderful location, cozy little house in the forest, surrounded by amazing nature and a wonderful view.
The owners were absolutely amazing, they helped us get to the property cause of the crazy April weather and 70cm+ snow. They are super friendly and forthcoming and made sure that we had an amazing stay.

The cabin is great, just as described and shown on the photos, spacious and comfortable and cozy. It is completely surrounded by nature and we enjoyed the peacefulness of the area.
The apartment is beatiful, very cosy and has a warm and homie atmosphere. the kitchen is well equipped, the beda were very comfortable and everything was sparkly clean. The balcony and view is a great bonus!
Lunz am see is very nice, green place. The Chalet is next to a nice stream, you can have a small bath there, water is clear. Chalet is very comfortable, new. Sauna is for free :) Beds are superb. The Lunzer see is clear, not hot, but very nice for swimming and paddleboarding. There is a free beach near to the end of the lake. The whole area is very calm and not too touristy.
