A good value for the money. The self-check-in was smooth, although I don't understand why there is a time limit for check-in (up to 8 pm). The house is very sweet with a big common kitchen and coffeemaker available. We had a separate apartment on the last floor with 3 bedrooms and a kitchenette and bathroom, and it was clean and pleasant. The balcony was nice for star gazing and listening to the river and mountains. It faces the road but in the evening you won't hear lots of cars driving there. Also, there is a parking spot available right in the yard. The location was perfect for visiting Grossglockner Road in the early morning - around 15-20 minutes of driving. The owners recommended a bakery in the village - it's not an actual bakery but a minimarket with suuuuper tasty and fresh buns & rolls, it opens at 6 am.

The owner was very pleasant and communicative, nothing was a problem. The accommodation was perfect and exceeded our expectations, both in size and comfort. I must also praise the early morning snow cleaning and gritting of the road to the cottage by road maintenance when snow fell at night. I definitely recommend the accommodation, for the price 10/10

Wonderful staff, amazing surroundings, cozy atmosphere, breathtaking views. The location is perfect for immersion into the Grossglockner experience, for starting and ending your day(s) with the astonishing Grossglockner environment.
Our stay at Hotel Kaiservilla was exceptional. The spacious room with a balcony offered breathtaking views, and the breakfast was unparalleled in richness and variety. The cozy spa, complete with two saunas and a relaxing resting room, provided the perfect post-skiing relaxation. While the ski slope was a bit of a walk away, it was still within walking distance, and the helpful and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable.
Perfect location for skiers, just in front of the cable car station which takes you to the altitude of 2600 m, so you can ski on the fresh powder even in March. Hotel is furnished in a cozy village style. Sauna and swimming pool included in the price. Nice food.
Everything was perfect! The location is good, there’s a supermarket nearby and a very nice restaurant called Cafe Antica.
The apartment was so cosy and comfy. We loved our stay alot. The beds were comfy and clean and the bathroom has a sauna too. So cool!

Location was perfect and very picturesque, directly at the Grossglockner street, street was fully covered with snow, beautiful surrounding.
Breakfast was excellent, different breads, cold cuts, cheeses, spreads, vegetables, eggs prepared to your liking, jams, cereals, tea, coffee, soft drinks ... all was there.
Dinners were not to beat, all perfect and all tasted excellent.
Saune/spa area was very nice with 2 saunas, 1 physiotherm infrared cabin, 1 jacuzzi

Great location - 300m from the ski lift - clean and cosy rooms with great view.
Three choices for dinner menu and last but least the thermarium (sauna) is spectacular.
The location was fantastic - cozy cottage in the middle of nature, with a beautiful view of the mountains, no noisy neighbors in sight. We didn't want to leave!
