A perfect room: comfortable beds, it was warm (an important thing in this part of the year), a fully equipped kitchen and exceptional cleanliness.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Cosy and well located apartments with everything you need in one of the most beautiful regions of Austria. We travelled as a family of four with two other families and truly enjoyed our time there. Very easy to reach regional sights by car (e.g. Gosauersee or Sonnenalm) and the sauna facilities on site are great to relax in the evening. There is even a very nice play room which the kids enjoyed very much. The host was very friendly and even picked strawberries with my two-year old daughter. We would definitely love to come back.

The place is fantastic, we traveled with 5 kids and everybody loved it. The kitchen is well equipped, we enjoyed the sunset and grilled outside. We also used the sauna even if its summer and sweltering outside. The house is charming in a wooden traditional way ( careful poor sound isolation :)))
Our family had a great time at the hotel. Very friendly staff and helpful. We were greeted at the check-in with a glass of Prosecco and everything very well explained to us. I also liked the location and being able to stay door-to-door with the rest of my family. We had amazing top floor rooms with the view of the mountains at the distance. Great wellness options with a gym, 2 saunas, 2 infrared cabins and a pool. Booked breakfast+dinner option but had even lunch snack available and alco/non-alco drinks available all day.
We really enjoy this 300 years old cottage, which was cosy and warm. We where a group of 3 families with children from 1 to 6 years old. we’ll definitely come back.
Fantastic property with spectacular views, very spacious and lovely. The property is incredibly equipped, you have everything you need, and the sauna and hot tub are perfect after a hike. Private parking was a great benefit as well. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at COOEE. The hotel was very cozy and clean from the moment we walked in. Staff were friendly and the views were beautiful and peaceful. Really enjoyed the sauna room at the end of the night, it was such a relaxing unexpected bonus. The parking was also very convenient. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and filled with tons of things to choose from. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night! Will definitely go back if we are ever in the area.
The apartment is divine and has comforting cottage vibe. The owner went above and beyond with preparing us a small token like chocolate and apples and mint water for the welcoming. We also went to the sauna which is totally on the house and enjoy a relaxing warm time after such a bad weather day hiking in Dachstein 😬 It is perfect!!!
