The location in city centre was perfect. Main road out of town straight out of hotel and on the Mutare Road.
Exercise/Health Suite was open 24/7. All equipment works, after-all some of the staff used it which is testimony to the services they provide. Often staff who work at a place shun using those very services they provide.
Room service was also quite helpful, especially with the drinks choices. Gin with Indian Tonic water chased by a Zambezi Beer went down a treat. To make transactions easier, may I suggest opening a tab. Saves on fumbling for money.
Ample parking space both in basement if you get there early or outside parking.
I would also suggest an early morning walk around the streets before they become too busy. So much to see without human disruptions.
Overall, enjoyed my stay.
Thanks to Clive head of service and also David and Mufaro at Reception. Deputy Manager , sorry didn’t get your name, for making my checkout smooth.
Will I return. Definitely!

The rooms were really clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good value for money. The wifi was very reliable. The only thing was I had a room facing the street side which meant that at night it was quite loud. Otherwise if you've got earplugs or are not a light sleeper then this is a good spot.

Surprised to find on the first morning that breakfast wasn't included and at $33 that was a big ask - I made other arrangements. Otherwise nice hotel with very accommodating staff.

A good base to explore the North-Eastern part of Zimbabwe if you rent a car. For a very good meal in Harare, we recommend the Chang Thai Restaurant (servings are generous: if you cannot finish it, they will be happy to prepare a doggy bag for you)

Harare may be a capital city but its well short of interest for holiday makers and I think the hotels were aimed at business and covered our main needs for catching up with family
Walking in the city can be hazardous given the state of the pavements and roads, crossing streets is difficult as traffic lights are rarely working. No hassle from locals and most were helpful with giving directions Shopping in the center is aimed at local demand, the one out of town center we visited to meet and dine was a better experience

I loved the area where it's situated and the wifi was excellent. The ladies who work there were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom needs shower curtains, the tapes were filthy, the TV had no remote had to get up all the time I needed to change the channel, the 2 available channels were boring. The worst was food came 4 hours after I ordered it and it was so cold and unappetizing, what a waste of my money. The plates were not good to look at at all.

The room only had 1 outlet which the TV was plugged into. To use any other electronics you had to unplug the TV, but then the outlet wouldn't work with them!
Had to ask for towels for the shower.
