Did not eat breakfast. Guesthouse is very close to the Vaal Mall with many shops. Reception was very friendly. The room was well equipped with a fridge, ice cold water and ice, coffee and tea, Cremora and sugar. In the microwave was a plate and knife and fork. Keep the name of this guesthouse. it is well worth it.

Such a charming location. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, and very well kept - clean and spotless. We had an overall warm and comfortable stay. The backup generator for whenever there is electricity outage.

We enjoyed our stay, we had a few family members staying there as we had a wedding in the area. The pool and bar area is lovely we wish we had more time to enjoy them. The breakfast was ok, there wasn't much to choose from. The gardens are lovely and the Lodge was well maintained and clean.

An absolute gem!
An absolute gem! Beautiful gardens overlooking the Vaal River. Bar and Restaurant on-site. Great pizzas and a good menu to choose from, and reasonably priced. One or two more waiters to speed up the service but all round a lovely place for a getaway. I already look forward to my next visit. Well worth it!

The place is actually awesome when you need time to yourself. The food there is amazing. Their Pizza is out of this world😍🤤. But I just think that the can have a hubbly smoking friendly rooms. The hussle to going outside to smoke.... But I we enjoyed our stay. There was no glitches....thank you for the great hospitality guys😊

The place it self is perfect< the garden is perfect but they need someone to focus more on the customers satisfaction because it might happen every time you receive the visitors they are first time visitors not regular visitors because of bad treatment during our stay. Welcome us and make us feel at home and looked after as we need each other.

The surrounding towns was nearby for shopping and other activities. Most of the time we ate at Waterfront Country Lodge as the food was very tasty and of good quality. We enjoyed the boat trip from Stone haven.

The thing I did not enjoy was the manicure I paid a fortune and my nails is a mes they are too expensive for the sort of service they give they should also consider adding a bigger pool and more kids activities
