There is so much to enjoy. the culture, a wide range of facilities to stay at, the friendly envir0nment.
Most of the facilities to invest in staff training, especially front desk personnel. just a little training on customer service and telephone technique would go a long way.

Behind the busy (and annoying) CBD lies peaceful hidden gems.
One moment you're in Thavhani Mall - shielded from the humid weather - eating a gourmet steak at News Cafe. The next moment you are driving through a road canopied with trees on your way to a cosy warm waterfall.
The hot afternoons would be unbearable only if they did not turn into warm cosy nights; perfect for exploring the nightlife; as limited as it is.

Ṱhohoyanḓou is a very good place, the town is growing fast, with a new Mall (Thavhani Mall) that has all major stores known in South Africa and lots of food Courts with a huge parking space, and very safe.
The public transportation system (taxis) and private transportation (Bolt) is fully functional and convenient. Most public places adhere to COVID-19 rules and regulations.

The tourism department in this place needs to work as this place has potential but unfortunately it’s not what it could be. Beat thins to do you just have to make sure you get the best accommodation
As a place to unwind it’s okay. Restaurant services are disappointing.
