Peaceful and beautiful location. Some other reviews miss the point of staying here. No TV but instead enjoy being surrounded by nature, create your own entertainment. I didn’t miss an electric blanket as there are plenty of thick blankets. Overall it’s well appointed for the cost per night? has access to the river and extensive grounds to explore.

Penny and Warren met us to handover the keys and show us around. This place is truly heaven on earth. My wife and I were flabbergasted when we got there, and we remained in awe of the place each day. This place is a very special find, and highly recommended.

The location was perfect spot on in yhe middle of everything beach ⛱️ resturants even traveling to george was a plesant. The accommodation was exactly what we where looking for as we new we where going to be out and about it was a safe secure private house lovely hot shower bedding towls and full wifi .

Exceptionally comfortable house, magical views, a private hot tub with small fire pit with seating, a separate gas braai…. Gas heaters and hot water bottles made it perfect for unusually cold weather. Great walks on property and best of all totally pet friendly. And they will light your fire and deliver generous food packs for dinner and breakfast…. For you to cook at your leisure. Super sunsets a bonus. We were genuinely blown away - totally exceeded our expectations

There is always an interesting variety of vehicles for sale at Sedgefield Classic Cars, a must visit.
Dependant on the weather a paragliding trip is fantastic with amaxing views.

Demand to settle the bill, which was already paid via booking.com spoiled the whole good experience. As we were in hurry, i couldn't check and the manageress on duty insisted on payment, which supposedly she didn't receive. therefore i paid double and never received the credit.

The quaint village of Sedgefield offers a variety of little shops as well as a number of really good eating places all within easy walking distance. Beaches great for swimming and long walks. It is also very close to other towns on the Garden Route like Knysna, Wilderness and George.

LOADSHEDDING!!! Brace yourself as it can put a damper on your evening especially, because most places close by 8pm. so pack your board games and powerbanks.
Epic stay with by far the best views in Sedgefield. Everything was clean and neat! Well equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, fridge and a gas stove. Outdoor braai with the best view of all! I will not stay anywhere else in sedgefield! It feels a lot like glamping! Hope we will be back soon!
The property manager met us at the house and was very helpful, explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable. He was also available by phone to answer questions. The main bedroom and bathroom are absolutely gorgeous. Its a great place to stay in Sedgefield.
Our warm and helpful reception from Jan on arrival meant that we knew exactly where to go and what to do in Sedgefield. The room and bed were super comfy and private and perfect for our needs. The location is also great
