Rooms exceptional however room 12 aircon not working it was hot and room 7 bathroom /toilet don't have a window or fan
and chalet bathroom sink seems was fixed before arrival. It was not fixed properly to the wall and the staff said the people sleeping there broke it.

Lovely fishing village with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Shops have grown and improved. The club house at Shelley Point is great.
The current roadworks can cause travel delays and frustrations. There is a, lot of (continual) building going on which can disrupt comfort and peace.

It is a great location--however, travellers should plan their trip accordingly due to several, but not lengthy hold-up with a stop & go as they are resurfacing the roads. The new road will only be completed early 2025.

St Helena Bay is a small community.
St Helena Bay is a small community. Just love the friendliness of people . the only thing was when we visited Algera restaurant, the kitchen closed at 08pm which means that we had to go to dinner earlier and dont have a full bar service. other than that. it was all good.

The view from the unit was amazing, there is a sparkling splash pool the kids loved and it had all the comforts from home and even more. The unit was quiet and private and was more than we could ask for

There is very little attraction from a tourism perspective...
There is very little attraction from a tourism perspective and I would not go back to this region. Instead I would stay in Paternoster should I decide to return to the West Coast. As an area it does require some development to bring people into the region.

It was so nice we went back the next day.
Beach trips and walking is great.
Peacefull, and so relaxing - we had nice braai's (barbeque for the english) at Wildcard.
Nice fishing spots.
We even explored the sand roads and a place where one can make an appointment and buy Abalone.
SPAR is well equipped with all you need and excellent steak for braai.
I am in love with this place.
