The guest farm was a perfect trip away! We had a wonderful stay there! All the activities from walking in the area to mountain biking and horse riding was amazing. The views were breath-taking and the owners really ensured that our time there was memorable. I would definitely recommend this farm to my friends and family! Well maintained and decorated 2 bedroom unit both with ensuite bathrooms. One with double bed and the other 2 single beds. Milk, coffee, tea and rusks available on arrival. Secure parking, easy access to key after hours. Trends coffee shop/restaurant very close and supermarkets also close by.

We enjoyed the Julius Gordon Africana Centre /Versfeld House, it was such a delight to be welcomed and shown around by the curator, Louise, her wealth of knowledge and interesting stories were a delight to experience and hear.

We did not like it . We drove away. It was not out expectations. We did feel sade there. So we told the lady there. And she didn't want to refund us. So we had drove back to riversdaleto found another place to stay for the night. We had to pay double. We are very unhappy. Can please contact me. So that we can discuss situation. We stayed at Fynbos as a stop over point on our tour of the Western Cape. Riversdale was a nice town, with plenty of shops and places to grab a quick bite. Our hosts at Fynbos gave us a real taste of authentic SA, including boerwors for breakfast. Ask to see Sleeping Beauty.
The guesthouse is very central and close by to everywhere I needed to be for my week in Riversdale. It's located in a lovely quite area and offered secure parking for my vehicle. I will definitely be returning!
