My family and I stayed there for 7 days, we love it and did not think on moving once.
The reception is great, the reception staff is very welcoming and warm, the check in was smooth and with lots of smiles.
The location of the hotel is GREAT, lots of facilities around (restaurants, mall, 24h pharmacy, etc) 10 min walk max to the beach.
The room was comfortable, good view.
Every request and complain we made was attended.
The access to the room felt safe because there are doors prior to room corridors that require card access , for us with small kids that was excellent because we felt we could let the kids run with no worries. There reception in the other hand can be very crowed sometimes, but understandable its a big hotel.
