Excellent resort. Spa was fantastic. Ladies wete welcomming. Hot water pools are clean and spotless. Falcon bloc could do with aircons in the bedrooms. The roads leading to the resort and in KZN are 😔.

Roads have a lot of potholes, can easily damage your car.
Roads have a lot of potholes, can easily damage your car. Nearest town is 15km away, in case you need to purchase anything. The main road in Paulpietersburg was barricaded with stones, have to drive on dust/gravel portion. The ressort is well worth the travel and time. Enjoyed my stay.

The resort is accommodating friends and families as they have superb rooms with clean bathrooms and enough towels. There is hot spring water that can keep children warm and the swimming pools are the best.

This resort is extremely famous, but everything is very dated. That being said, everyone that recommended it to me last visited a decade ago and for that time I guess it was good...hot springs was interesting n my 3 kids loved all the activities, though it was for a short amount of time since winter is not the ideal time to visit..dont use Google maps, it will take you to a dirt road in circles..I probably would have enjoyed it if it was summer.

The hot springs & swimming pools were a hit with the children. A lot of activities for the children.Very friendly & helpful staff. Very comfortable & clean chalets and private parking. Delicious food at hotel & Bistro. Paintball guns not all working properly, need some maintenance or upgrade. Putt putt needs to be kept clean and maintained.

We had a wonderful stay, very comfortable chalets, clean & neat. The staff were very friendly & helpful.There was a lot to keep the children busy. They loved the hot springs and swimming pools. We had a buffet supper on Sunday evening at the hotel restaurant and was absolutely delicious and good value for money. Very comfortable beds in the chalets and the house keeping was a big bonus for me. Thank you ladies I really relaxed and enjoyed myself.
The natural pool was amazing. Plenty of activities. Staff is friendly and helpful (Shout out to Patrick, Adriaan, Ryno, MC and Nelly... Always up for assistance and chats). Hotel is clean and comfortable... They are busy with improvements, yet it is completely non-disturbing. Chef Andries took care of great breakfasts and dinners. Good value

As the reviews said, the hotel is a Grand Old Lady, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are leaving well rested.
