King & Queen of the Castle 🏰 We loved everything! We had just the most magical and memorable experience! The hotel staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast and the evening meal in the cafe were delicious. The location on Thesen Island is great and was safe to walk around at night. I wish we had stayed longer.

The staff at Premier Resort Knysna was truly exceptional in each aspect from security, cleaners, staff and the front desk! We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary, which was made so special by even upgrading us to one of the Executive Suites by the lake. They went out of their way to make it as special & memorable as possible for us!! We also like the idea of having an option to enjoy breakfast & dinner at either one of the restaurants on the premises, which was definitely a culinary experience! The views were breathtaking from all over the resort! We will definitely be back again!

The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk from the nearby harbour. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent and large enough for the family. Breakfast was very nice too with great selection and buffet style. The hotel is also nicely furnished and the log cabin feel is homely. It was also very safe.

We loved the luxury, high-end feel of the hotel. It has been decorated to a high standard and very modern. We loved how large our bedroom was and with views over the Knysea heads were just incredible. Our breakfast was lovely with freshly baked muffins which were really lovely

Beautiful hotel conveniently situated close to the waterfront and restaurants. The standard double room was comfortable and spacious, with added features such as a coffee station and wi-fi. We were very pleased with the variety of breakfast options and had a delicious dinner at the Saltwater Bistro. The staff were friendly and service exceptional.

First and mostly i must mention the freindly staff, they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, not to mention the breakfast, that breakfast was outstanding and we complimented the chef, the restaurant manager was so friendly and made us feel special.
