The location is fine and the facility looks very nice.
The staff is amazing and so welcoming. However carrying my own luggage up the stairs as a lady wasn’t pleasant for me because I had quite a lot to carry and kept going up and down the stairs. The food was great! But took almost 45mins because there was a trainee serving me with no assistance, I was patient with him but he kept getting things incorrect. But nonetheless, the hotel is very clean and was easy to find. Loved it.

Please clean the showers properly and, put up sign to advise your guests not to make noise on the corridors - we could not sleep because of guests who arrived at midnight and start to drink on the corridors making it impossible for other guests to sleep. When I complained I was told they can’t control drank people.

WiFi was good Bed not comfy at all too small,please put real teaspoons in your rooms not plastic, add dryer, sanitary plastics.please check your throws regularly especially when new visitors are checking in that day, please put "do not disturb "signs and come and make up my room signs in your rooms.i don't understand the reason why on Saturdays are you guys knock out at 14:00 it make no sense at all.there was someone at the gate around 15:00 at the gate he couldn't be helped cause everyone was not there at that time
Location very central in Mokopane didn't have breakfast any of the mornings although it looked expensive at 175 rand.
The Butter restaurant and bar was very good which is attached to the doors inn, room was very comfortable as was the bed and air conditioning was fab
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, staff at reception were very welcoming, the cleaning ladies were also very friendly. The hotel is exceptionally clean which made my stay very comfortable.
Great service and a beautiful guesthouse! a definite gem of a find for stays in Mokopane. Wonderful big breakfast and staff are always willing to assist with anything needed.
