My only comment is that the owners are allowing this place to deteriorate and will require a major effort to recover what it is losing. On the Saturday there were only twenty (20) people that checked in and on the Sunday there were four (4). How can an establishment like this be sustainable.

    Magaliesburg is a small town.

Magaliesburg is a small town. There are a lot of lodges and spas and venues in the area. It is not far from the city but has a nice country feel. Mount Grace has a beauriful setting and you come here to relax, read, eat good food, go for a massage etc. There are walking trails.

Magaliesburg is a lovely place for a short getaway.

Magaliesburg is a lovely place for a short getaway. Close enough to Jhb, but you still get the feeling of being away. There are a number of interesting places to visit, and it's lovely to see the local people making such efforts to build up their businesses and the area.

Nestled on the beautiful Magaliesburg mountains, this property is truly a tranquil but quick get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property owners/hosts ensured that we were well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pool, the farm animals and the obstacle course was great fun (not for the faint hearted!). The hiking trail was also amazing. To top off our time there we had a braai at the boma with its exceptional views. This place is truly a hidden gem.

Everything! The whole estate was beautiful and well kept. The swimming pool was a big pleasure after my morning 20 km run along the beautiful Magaliesburg mountains. Even the dogs greeted us so lovingly! The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept like kings for the two nights stay.

I liked the location of the hotel, quietness and the peacefulness. There was no noise at all. The spa experience was out off this world from the massages, to the floatation pool and lastly to the steam room 👌👌👌. Value for money

The hotel was just what the doctor ordered - tranquility and restful. The food was amazing, and the staff were super helpful. Israel went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and our needs were taken care off.
