The host was so friendly and welcoming. We where treated more like family than guests and there is a common area with a swimming pool,table pool and a speaker to play your music. We where invited for a braai and New year's eve party on the first night with a Boma as well and their doggies are the best and so friendly. The place is clean and looks even way much better than the pics, I felt more at home to be honest and that's a first ever we are totally going back. There are beautiful gardens as well and you feel surrounded by nature. The sheets are clean and the blankets are cozy and the bathroom does not have those typical guest home smells, it does not smell at all. The place is also near as well. Great value for money.

Everything was perfect. We would have loved to stay in the treehouse but it was not available. We however had an amazing stay on the river view apartment and the pictures are not selling a dream it is as lovely as it looks in person. We had nice evenings by the river bank which is a few metres from the apartment. The location is perfect for a quiet weekend away but there is Cradlestone mall 14km away and other restaurant options nearby which is convenient.
The hosts were absolutely amazing. For me it just felt very cozy and homely and we will definitely visit again.

Loved my room, the staff was exceptional! They were very friendly and welcoming!
Thrilled by the setting. The sunrises and sunsets made for every photographer's dream captures. Hosts were amazing. All you need is your food and sundowners to enjoy an African farm stay. Nothing rudimentary about this off-grid accommodation. The guest's comfort was carefully considered in the creation of this beauty.

Booking.com. The placce is named Alto Log Cabin, not Madeteleli. Confirm it with the owners, When I spoke to the owners they had never heard of Madeteleli.
But Alto Log Cabin’s first impression was clean and a looked after cabin. It was very nice.
