Well located close to Royal Natal National Park, and the quiet back road to the gate was a bonus.
The staff were friendly and professional and the facilities manager was exceptional at responding to the few issues we had.

Although Tevreden Cheese Farm and Tower of Pizza was absolutely beautiful gem of places to eat at.

For me the best part was the excursions to the Royal Natal...
For me the best part was the excursions to the Royal Natal Park and then coming back to relax in the heated pool. I definitely appreciated the size of the unit - we were six and it never felt overcrowded. Plenty to do at the resort for young and old. Just a bit far from the mountains and one can't hike from the resort.

The living conditions left much to be desired. Beds poor as were the state of cupboards and the doors. To find ants in the kitchen cupboards on check in was not pleasant.
Simple things like dishcloths, sponges and small quantities of dish washing liquid are a must.
You should state quite categorically that you do not provide swimming towels.
