The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk from the nearby harbour. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent and large enough for the family. Breakfast was very nice too with great selection and buffet style. The hotel is also nicely furnished and the log cabin feel is homely. It was also very safe.

Great hotel with huge rooms and super helpful staff. There are two really nice places to eat in the same building as the hotel, and it’s surrounded by boutique shops and galleries. Good luck finding somewhere nicer to stay in Knysna!

We had a nice suite overlooking the sea, however we changed for a lagoon suite as it was more sheltered and bonus of sun on the small terrace. We had a great 3 night stay, played golf early each morning, only took 3 hrs with a buggy. Food in the restaurant was extremely good, bonus of a family of Egyptian Geese in the fountain!
