Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations due to several issues. The service at your restaurant was very poor we have waited more than a hour for our food. The pillows we had to triple fold them just so that they would be able to sleep on. Your price for the room rates you charge does not fit your accommodation at all!
I believe that addressing these issues could greatly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I hope to see improvements in the future.
