Staff were friendly, efficient. Star was amazing. In all my travels from west coast to the eastern coast, I have not had the reception staff show us around and take you to your room. Amazing and excellent service.
The smell of food cooking made us cancel our plans to eat out but rather enjoyed the delicious mutton curry that was prepared.
To the owner, your staff are amazing and know that even the places in Cape town like the Skye Hotel and Protea Hotels, Onomo Hotels etc does not compare to the friendly efficient service we received at your hotel. I do hope that they are appreciated especially Star, she truly is a gem.
