Ermelo is a beautiful town we often drive through and visit. Shopping experience is great, with all you need, at any of the numerous shopping centres and malls. Great outdoor activities available for the adventure lovers.

It is a quiet little town.
It is a quiet little town. We didn’t get to see much as we were there for a family Christmas celebration and almost everything was closed. I didn’t see any attractions that stood out for me, so I wouldn’t know what to recommend to a fellow traveller

I wouldn’t elect to visit again.
I wouldn’t elect to visit again. We only went there for a wedding (stunning wedding venue just outside the town) but Ermelo itself is not the best kept and the trucks drive right past all the accommodation (most accommodations are in a specific road and this seems to be the main truck route, making it super difficult to sleep).

Ermelo is an OK place to stop if you are travelling from the east coast on route to J'burg or up to the Kruger area. It is a very busy town, with quite a lot of heavy traffic. There is a fairly large supermarket if you need to stock up on provisions.

Venue was out in the pristine farming area . The town is well maintained and clean and good standards. The roads in and around Ermelo are excellent. Well worth a visit. Our first time and definitely not the last

This is by far the best guesthouse in Ermelo. Beautiful venue with a stunning view of the valley. Clear and well maintained property. Well done to Management and staff for keeping a high standard.
