הצוות מסביר פנים בצורה יוצאת דופן ונענה לכל בקשה בשמחה ועם חיוך, צוות המטבח עשה מעל ומעבר כדי להיענות לדרישות הכשרות המחמירות שלנו ואפילו קנו במיוחד כלי הגשה, סכו"ם וכלי בישול כדי לעזור לנו. המדריך שלקח אותנו לסיורים בשטח היה מלא ידע, סבלני ונענה לכל הבקשות. הצוות היה מדהים כולו. המבנה מהמם ועתיק בסגנון של חוות קולוניאליות. יש 2 סיורים ביום וכל אחד מהם נעשה למקום שונה. השמורה מהממת וטבעית. יש במקום גם בריכה
