Professionalism of employees. They are very polite and retentive, especially with children. The water pressure is very good. We have been in different hotels of TRNC and all of them have no pressure enough.
The hotel was clean and the gardens well tended. Staff were friendly and the receptionist in the morning was particularly helpful. A good Turkish style breakfast was delivered to tables (not buffet style).
The breakfast was very nice, The swimming pool is massive and in excellent condition - very clean. The staff were generally friendly and the theme of the hotel is great.
