Tot, el mànager és un encant, ens va explicar tots els llocs imprescindibles de Kosovo, macedònia i Albània. Molt amable! Les instal·lacions molt netes i confortables. L'esmorzar molt bo, pots triar entre 5 tipus. Si tornem no dubtarem en anar a aquest hotel. Moltes gràcies per l'atenció prestada.
