From the moment we arrived at Hanoi E-Central, we felt at home. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and pleasantly furnished. We also had a great view over the roofs of the old quarter. We enjoyed our mornings in the cosy breakfast room where we indulged in everything from fresh fruit to French toast to banana pancakes, and of course the delicious Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Whenever we needed to arrange transport to or from the hotel, or needed advice on places to go, the staff were always happy to help. The location is perfect, just one block away from the lake and its buzzy atmosphere, on the edge of the old quarter and only a short walk to the French quarter. If we ever go back to Hanoi, we will be staying here again! Thank you to all the staff at E-Central for making our stay so enjoyable.

Love this property… so much that we ended up going back… it’s just in the edge of everything ’old town’…. Just a few hundred metres from train street… but it’s enough on the edge that you can escape the chaos that is old town Hanoi… the Skybar is a little oasis of peace as you look down on the madness. The staff were super friendly and helpful at every stage. The food at breakfast, and the restaurant is great, with a good selection of western and Asian - and all for a price that other so called ‘hi end’ hotels could and SHOULD take note of.. fabulous hotel 😊 even the spa is great
