The location is right at the base of the climb, which means tourists are walking through the resort, but no one came near our room or the pool. There are some rooms near the entrance that might be affected by this, though.
The pool was small, but lovely and private from the tourists.

We arrived on a sleeper bus from Hoi An at 3am. Our bus dropped us right outside and we called our host at Central Hotel who let us in. It’s also just outside the train station. She helped us carry (very heavy) luggage up the stairs.
Bed was comfy, room very clean and hosts very accommodating and helpful. Room had air con and fan. We slept very well. We ate breakfast at the Hotel which was priced very reasonably and a lot of nice vegetarian options. For a nights stay, drinks and breakfast for two we paid £13.

We had an amazing stay at this Homestay in Ninh Binh! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful. Great experience, the place is clean, and the service was great. The whole family is very kind, they help you with everything you ask. They made my experience in Tam coc, Ninh Binh to be easy and enjoyable. I recommend them 100%. Just be careful because there is place close by with pretty similar name, so don't get confuse 😉

honestly it was best accommodation we had in vietnam.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, without being pushy. In the structure you have all the services: money exchange, bus booking, scooter rental, excellent restaurant, all at an economical price. But above all, the staff was always ready to help without trying to sell you services and the vibes are very welcoming.
The hotel itself is very clean and the food was very good. Very recommended
