The food from the restaurant for Breakfasts, lunch and dinners were amazing and tasty. The pool and room was great. The staff from the Check in all the way through to the check out were friendly, helpful and spoke fairly good English

We loved the fact the hotel was so new. There was so much space to see & do things. The hotel provided a free shuttle service everyday into town, being first timers travelling in Vietnam we made the right choice of this resort and being just out of town. Made us feel very relaxing but were also at arms length to go into town.
Also good tip to know, we walked down the front of the hotel to get the shuttle to Vinwonders. Very handy & convenient.
The staff were very helpful, even it at times it was difficult language barrier, we were always able to translate what we needed.
Yes the hotel is very new and some things weren’t open to its full capacity, but that didn’t bother us at all. We were looking at the resort itself and what we needed in general to have a great time. We stayed for 5 nights, and look forward to coming back again.
We had the full board included in our package and highly recommend this, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea & dinner all included.
